Combining the academic rigour of a traditional programme with practical and vocational components, arts students at Oxford Brookes are well placed for a variety of careers in the creative sector. Researchers in the Department are engaged in activities as diverse as writing about the films of David Lynch and Pedro Almodovar; to curating cutting edge arts events; and analysing the music of Radiohead and Puccini.
